1. Order Processing Time All Crafts&Charms products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

- We ship to all major cities and most pin codes across India via trusted courier partners.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Crafts&Charms is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
