Refund policy

At Crafts&Charms, every piece is handmade with care. We want you to love what you receive.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at craftsandcharms26@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange damaged items for the same product, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final for customised or personalised orders.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
